We offer two programs which are outlined below:
 
Full Consultancy Program (A)

 

The full consultancy program includes:

​

  • Two, in-person visits at your premises or an agreed location (the second visit can be conducted online if preferred)

  • Travel to and from your place of business or an agreed location within North Wales

  • A legally binding (in England & Wales) confidentiality document, signed by both parties, to give you peace of mind that all details of our discussions are held in the strictest of confidence

  • A full and in-depth face-to-face discussion, so I can gain a clear understanding of your business and how it operates

  • A detailed, written report tailored specifically to your company provided within 7 working days, outlining my suggestions and recommendations

  • A face-to face (or online if preferred) review of the report to give you time to ask questions and for me to explain the recommendations in more detail

  • Ongoing phone and online support for up to 6 months after the final meeting

  • No hidden extra costs — just clear, professional, and honest advice tailored to your business

​Focussed Consultancy Program (B)

​

Aimed at business owners who want a focused review of their business plans, a specific issue/challenge or of existing operations and do not require a formal report and recommendations.

​

The focussed consultancy Includes:

​

  • One in-person meeting at a location near the St Asaph Business Park, Denbighshire

  • A legally binding (in England & Wales) confidentiality document, signed by both parties, to give you peace of mind that all details of our discussions are held in the strictest of confidence

  • A full and in-depth face-to-face discussion so I can gain a clear understanding of your business and which areas you would like the consultation to focus on

  • Discuss opportunities for growth, explore new revenue streams along with reviewing efficiency, and cost savings

  • My opinion as though I am the business owner as to what changes I would implement and explore potential challenges, problems and solutions this would include 

  • The provision of practical advice, tailored specifically to your business

  • A summary of our discussion emailed to you within 7 working days, to include any additional comments, ideas, and recommendations following reflection of our discussion

  • Ongoing phone and online support for up to 3 months after our meeting

All information given is covered by a confidentiality agreement, which you will sign at the beginning of the process to ensure peace of mind that your information will be kept in the strictest of confidence protected and legally binding in England and Wales. This will also comply with GDPR rules to protect your privacy. This is an important document and I fully understand some people may not want to divulge certain information. However, the more information I gather from clients enables me to offer a better service. The amount of information you provide is entirely down to you.

The information that I provide is tailored specifically towards your business needs. I will complete a detailed and comprehensive analysis of your business and then present specific recommendations and solutions to support your future success.

  • The advice and recommendations provided as part of both programs will be an honest and fair assessment of your business

  • You as the business owner will ultimately make the decisions on whether you enact any of the advice or recommendations suggested

  • There is no guarantee that the advice and recommendations provided will ensure the success of your company

  • If your business is in a sector I am not familiar with, I will be honest, and advise that I am unable to offer you advice but will attempt to direct you to further support if able

  • My main aim is to further develop your business and enable its future success
