Confidentiality:
A very important part of the consultancy program is a legally binding confidentiality agreement, valid under English and Welsh law, will be signed by both parties. This agreement is designed to protect the privacy of all communications, materials, and business information shared during the consultation. It covers discussions held in person, via phone or email, or through any written or electronic documentation. By signing this agreement, both parties acknowledge that any information exchanged is sensitive and confidential, ensuring that all business strategies, operational details, financial data, and personal insights remain strictly private and are not disclosed to any third party without prior written permission.
It is down to you as to how much information you wish to share, the more information I have more help and assistance I can provide. Ultimately it is all down to you, and I respect your wishes.
